An intriguing follow up, Tony.
I'm interested to see where this experimental journey takes you.

Through a glass darkly...
I'm not really seeing ICM, I am seeing beauty and mystery.

I recognise a pose - we have a small statue in the garden similarly hiding her eyes, if not a lot else.

Like Moira, I don't see much in the way of camera movement, but there's mystery, interest...

Another great image and while I was looking at it I had an idea.

1. Open image in PS and duplicate image.
2. Go to "Filter/Distort/Shear" now move the image around a bit.
3. Change the opacity to bring out the layer below and use a layer mask to bring out the bits below you want like the face.

The effect works well with an image like this.

Just a thought for the above, if you convert the duplicate layer to a smart object you can go back and change it in Shear at anytime.

It is just a touch Moira. I shot it at .5 second with just the merest amount of movement.
Maybe I will just go for beauty and mystery instead.

That is interesting Robert and I would try if I had PS. I use Paintshop Pro.......it's cheaper ! I will look and see if it can be done there though. Most things can be.
Many thanks

For me it works initially as an impact image but then it is quite dark, almost sinister although I like it... Love the dark versus light play that Moira picked up on too.

Main thing I like is that you are trying something different, trial and error and brave enough to have a go and then post. With all the processing programmes out there it is a playground and so why not have a faff! A beauty of Lockdown is we have a surfeit of play time!

You'll become the Enfant Terrible of EPZ...may join you!

Whatever you did, it created a wonderful image. Mucking about with PS, or any other editor, can be
fun and gets some excellent results. Getting the effects 'in camera' is far more rewarding though.
Nice work Tony
