V1 for me edges it. The lighter areas around boarders and almost sketch like windows all lead the eye to the subject,

Great set Tony! I think I prefer V1 with a little more room around the subject.

Super b&w work Tony. I'm on the fence between the lead and V1, leaning toward V1 's more open composition. But both are very good.
The colour versions add context (the whole street seems to have been reroofed, so it's being looked after.
